ЕСТЬ МНОГО ПРОБЛЕМ С ТЕМПЕРАТУРОЙ !
1- Температура потока из нагревателя изначально подается в приделах от 70 -до 92гр. Нагреватель старается быстрее нагреть воздух, тем самым перегревает его снизу у основания катушки. Может произойти стеклования пластика. Как только температура доходит до датчика и датчик определяет ее как норма или завышенную, он отключается, потом включается и так весь цикл.
2- В момент сушки, температура поддерживается, но не точно по всей камере. У нагреватель температура всегда больше чем у датчика - который измеряет температуру ( он находится на другой стороне) Одного вентилятора МАЛО, что бы воздух полноценно циркулировал по кругу.
3- Я разобрал ее. (Разбирается очень хитро !!! Есть два болта под дисплеем и пока не открутите их, не разберете из корпуса. ) Далее я установил еще один вентилятор, который «ПРОТАЛКИВАЕТ ВОЗДУХ» забирая его в районе датчика ( с другой стороны от нагревателя). Там даже предусмотрен еще один разъем, видимо в следующий модификации вентилятора будет два… или это для двух катушечный вариант) С одним вентилятором ЕСТЬ РИСК СИЛЬНОГО ПЕРЕГРЕВА В ОДНОМ МЕСТЕ И НЕ ДОГРЕВА В ДРУГОМ, так как катушка не вращается. В планах допилить и сделать вращающуюся катушку в режиме сушки.
THERE ARE MANY PROBLEMS WITH TEMPERATURE!
1- The temperature of the flow from the heater at the exit from the nozzle in the aisles is from 158 to 197 Fahrenheit. The heater tries to heat the air faster, thereby overheating it from below at the base of the coil. Glass transition of the plastic may occur. As soon as the temperature reaches the sensor and the sensor determines it as normal or too high, it turns off, then turns on and so on for the entire cycle.
2- At the time of drying, the temperature is maintained, but not exactly throughout the chamber. The heater's temperature is always higher than that of the sensor - which measures the temperature (it is located on the other side). One fan is NOT ENOUGH for the air to fully circulate in a circle.
3- I took it apart. (It is very tricky to disassemble!!! There are two bolts under the display and until you unscrew them, you will not be able to disassemble it from the case.) Next, I installed another fan that “PUSHES AIR”, taking it in the area of the sensor (on the other side of the heater). There is even another connector, apparently in the next modification of the fan there will be two... or is it a two-coil version) With one fan there is a RISK OF SEVERE OVERHEATING IN ONE PLACE AND NOT OVERHEATING IN ANOTHER, since the coil does not rotate. There are plans to finish it and make a rotating coil in drying mode.
