Намгар - настоящая бурятская женщина) голос прекрасный, звучный, яркий, громкий - такой, чтобы в открытой степи петь. Хранительница семейного очага (муж рядом, играет на чанзе). Сын уже взрослый. Хотелось бы, чтобы приезжали почаще домой, в Бурятию и Забайкальский край, в Агу. Не забывайте Родину))))

Namgar (Buryat: Намгар) is a 4-piece music group that performs traditional buryat and mongolian music. Its leader Namgar Lhasaranova (Buryat: Намгар Лхасаранова) comes from the east borderland where three countries, Russia, Mongolia, and China meet. She inherited a rich singing tradition of the Buryat people who reside in Russian regions of Buryatia and Agin Buryat Region. The group comprises singing of Namgar Lhasaranova and instrumentalists from Mongolia. Instruments of the group include morin huur, chanza, traditional percussion, etc..

Namgar is Buriat - relative to Mongolian but born in Russia. Evgeniy has Polish origins, but also was born in Buriat land. The morin-khuurist, as far as I know, is Mongolian

Namgar is Buryat, her people are closely related to Mongolians. Tuvans and Kalmyks are also relative to Mongolians. In Russia there are 190 ethnical groups - in the European part, Caucasus, Siberia, the Extreme North, the Far East. All territories with indigenous population (republics and autonomous districts) have orchestras and dancing+singing ensembles who demonstrate their culture, TV and radio programmes in the language, and all children study culture and language at school. This is why we can hear Namgar and other talents from all regions:)
@thatsedrich that's not really true.... I heard some songs originating from the Sioux and other tribes, somehow similar. Even the hungarin composer Dvorak has beein inspired by american native music in his symphony 9 - "The new world". One song from this symphony made also the way back to the US and the world as the title song of Star Wars episode 4
Класс! Но вот что-то о бурятской музыке мало известно...В Википедии кроме Намгар ничего нет, наверняка же не единственный коллектив..Вот в Тыве, вроде ситуация получше или я ошибаюсь ?

Музыка - класс! Самобытно. Пока молчат - отлично! Но песня... Немелодичная. Интонируется как-будто с надрывом, с нежеланием ПЕТЬ. Хотя музыка же есть :) Монотонно.
