Ingredients:
- Coconut flour 80 gr.
- Soya flour 40 gr.
- Fresh pumpkin 300 g. (cooked 250 g.)
- Egg 1 egg (+ 1 for topping)
- Milk 100 ml (or water)
- Olive oil 30 ml. (any)
- Sweetener 6 g. (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- 10g.
- Ground ginger 1 g.
- Cinnamon ground 3 g.
- Vanillin (to taste)
- Salt (pinch)
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
