flour - 420 (+/-) g = 3 cups* + 1 tbsp.

green onion - 200-220 g = 1 large bunch
butter - 30 g = 1.5 tbsp.
ground black pepper, salt - to taste
✅ Additionally:
egg - 1 pc.
water - 5 ml = 1 tsp.
