Those mods can do so much time this great experience can be bring those technology stuff to others dimension mods or more biomes mod or villages as I could in survival this so great game and you are best Gg
Thanks for putting Industrialcraft and Buildcraft in there, I really love them and I think everyone should be grateful to their creators, since if they didn't exist now we wouldn't have any modern tech mod
Honestly the legendary trio of mods that no modpack is complete without are Applied energistics, The Thermal mods (I personally count them as a single mod since you can't have one without the others) and Ender IO which I'm surprised didn't even make it on the list.
i kinda believe that AE2 is a bit of an overkill in most scenarios so i prefer to use Project Red, Mekanism's QIO or Bobs simple storage in most cases, the only case where they really werent enough was gregtech
My main problem with the IC2 family is that it has no innate automation mechanics like thermal has with its extensive IO configruation or like Ender IO has, which is pretty much everything that both thermal and IC2 has to offer on terms of machinery and mass producing resources BUT BETTER. I’m totally okay with them still being relevant it’s just funny that there are better options yet people fail to adapt to them.
@@SeigiEmiya Personally it's no worse than in vanilla when people build mob farms to get unlimited food, iron, emeralds, enchanted items, XP, and pretty much everything else. Honestly a cool design for a machine is much more interesting to me than just a big room with no lights in it with water source blocks on all four lower corners that pushes the mobs that spawn into a single lava block then collect the loot with a hopper into a chest.
I'm wondering how you would rate the CREATE mod against your Top 10 here. I find Create's gearing systems and new mineral deposits a bit weird, but it may not that different from others. I'd like to know more.
Nice list, but mods like industrialcraft or buildcraft are very outdated. Would like to so new mods, like EnderIO, Draconic evolution and extreme reactions.
Industrialcraft and Buildcraft have always been my 2 favourite mods, I think people say the're bad or outdated because they don't try and play with them enough
@@giov_moon LOL Buildcraft is trash. It supports only MJ and nothing else. Power options are very limited. For quarries better use RFTools Builder or Quarry+ instead.
@@What-Kind-Of-Idiot-Is-This BC is not trash, the problem is that it's been powercrept, as it's a balanced mod, while other, newer mods are absolutely broken and unbalanced. I'm not saying that it's wrong to play or enjoy them, but I honestly prefer playing in older versions with other balanced mods. When I wrote that comment I didn't mean to say "BC is good for power generation and its machines in modern modded mc", instead I meant "BC is an enjoyable mod, people say it's trash even tho they've never played it, if they were to try it in a small pack they'd most likely enjoy it".
The factory mods i use in my modpack are ic2 industrial upgrade galacticraft computer craft factory tech enderio thermal mods forestry bluepower project red ae2

Buildcraft or one of those I seen a video a long time ago on 360 days, and this why I always wanted to play PC cause you can’t get mods on 360 back in the day. Do they have these mods on 360?
No hate, but just honesty, how do you play these mods? I have tried a few times to get into these types of mods and I just get infuriated at not knowing what to do, and do they just automate tasks or do they have an actual purpose?
They basically all require a Wiki read or a decent guide to learn them, definitely complex if you're trying to learn on hand. Id recommend use "Just Enough Items" mod for viewing the recipes and searching the Wikis or Mod's Pages for the progression path for this particular genre of mods.
I too. This guy included Industrial Foregoing and MFR in one top. They are the same mods. Also he included CC which is inferior version of CC: Tweaked.
Almost every mod is compatible with each other. And those that use RF are defo compatible. Thermal expansion, Ender IO, Mekanism, AE2 you name it. But ic2 isn't compatible. Ic2 uses EU and won't convert it to RF or any other energy api. So you either use IC2 as a standalone mod or use an energy converter from another mod like Flux Network or Forestry
I have a problem with mod 2: if I've downloaded the file from the website, nothing happens. I don't get a rescourepack imported to my minecraft, so I think it doesn't work?
Could anyone help... I know a LOT of mods.... But i just cant find mods that use a lot of RF ( i only found Draconic Evolution but it needs a lot of diamonds) bcs i have Extreme Reactors and NuclearCraft a have Reactor 10x10x11 that generates 20000RF per tick and dont know what to do with it.
"top 10" or "best of" is such an incorrect description... and I don't mean on THIS video, I mean, generally speaking. What one might find as being "the top" might be "the bottom" in someone else's opinion... So let me ask this... what criteria defines a "top" mod?
I dont rank my 10 mods from best to worst. I believe them to be generally the top 10 in that category, but number 10 on the list isnt better or worse than number 1 and vice versa. Its all opinion based as you said though!
I have been playing my Minecraft on pc with 128 mods to industrialize it but have no nobody who’s have a good enough PC who can support having this many mods
This sounds cool where can i get that modpack because i can run up to 280 mods. Also is it like Sbevvs 100 days in industrial revolution pack, if you have seen that video, because i cannot find that pack
So where's enderIO, immersive engineering, rf tools, and there are probably more but most importantly why isn't enderIO on there It is much better than most of the ones there Edit: and refined storage is better than applied energistics 2 because you don't have ugly asteroids spawn and you don't have to hunt for the plates
I agree with ie and ender io, specially ender io. But ae2 deserves to be on the list. Pretty much everyone uses it. You can just mine the asteroid down. But yeah the press hunting is time consuming and the early steps of ae2 are very boring and you need a diamond level pickaxe just to even think about an ae2 storage system. But that's about it
