This is a rare Ukrainian language version of the 1992 Ukrainian movie Izhoy (translated as The Outcast) shown on late night Ukrainian TV during the late 1990s. There are better quality prints but not in Ukrainian. It is shown only in the Russian language otherwise. Probably one of the best Ukrainian movies from the 1990s, tells the tragic fate of a Jewish family during the World War II German Nazi occupation. Talented Israeli actor Yossi Pollak is in the title role. The movie was directed by the energetic Vladimir Savelev, who spoke perfect Ukrainian, and I had the opportunity to assist him on a project at one time. There is some other extra (bonus) material at the end which I was not able to remove from the tape.
