My people, we are all humans, blessed with so many different talents capable of Channing our little world. I saw Wardi in Ethiopia when he came to visit and sing to the Displaced Southern lost boys. I will always love and remember M. Wardi, the voice of peace and love expressed through his music and in action. I'm from the South Sudan ans I still love Sudan. My people, it is not what we have gone through but what we may go through in the future that matters. God bless
Believe me brother there's no south or north it's just politics I'm from north and i have many friends from the south I can't call them friends i call them my brothers

during my child hood life we had a group of friends who just sat and listened to Sudanese songs,we shaded tears to the lyrics though we don't speak Arabic it was a sensation pain killer even till date it kills my sorrows.
Breathtaking piece of music! Wardi is the king & jewel of East Africans. Sudanese music & people have a special place in the hearts of Ethiopians. Beautiful people, amazing melodies & peace loving nation. We love you Wardi. RIP!
I’m an Ethiopian grower up in Addis Ababa listening Mohamed Werdi. Still I’m looking for this music when I’m free and like to relax without understanding a single word. It’s my pain killer.

Masha Allah what a melody voice from the perfectionist artist! Enjoying here in US. As an East African boy, Somalia, Mogadishu, I give the Ustad an standing ovation for his evergreen songs that have broken the borders of our continent, specially East Africa and spread the whole globe. I could see somebody with the caption “RIP” if this is true, I also express my heartfelt condolences to deceased family.

Wardi's songs not only relaxes me, but it makes my moment. Wardi was really an icon of his time. I got to know more of Wardi's songs in my late husband's car, when ever we were out for a ride, he played it and gradually i fell in love with most of the lyrics in his songs. His songs remains me so much of my late husband of blessed memory. Wardi, keep resting in peace, inshaaAllah.
Mohamed wardi one of the greatest artist in africa and Middle East my childhood I use to listen I'm sure he will remain the hearts of many people all over the world . My allah forgive his sins.
Let me say thanks to those Nubians who produced him generously. O God(Allah) give him your mercy, he was really a good servant of yours, we love him and he was so peaceful and generous for giving his heart to us 💗. Amen. From 🇸🇴.
Wardi is one of the best musician ever in Africa and the Arab world, His name is a household name in Northeast Nigeria especially in Borno state .........
I'm from Ethiopia and I grew up listening M. Wardi's old musics. It is very common in Ethiopia to listen to Sudanese music though most of us don't know the meanings of the lyrics in the songs. M. Wardi, Sayid Khaliffa are amongst the most Sudanese singers listened in Ethiopia. The people of the Sudan and Ethiopia are brothers and sisters sharing the same boarder. Its unfortunate that politicians all the time bring confrontations in between these two people. I praise God to bring peace and prosperity for Sudanese and Ethiopians in this critical time. God bless Ethiopia !! God bless the Sudan !!
