Ingredients:
1- 1/2 cup of sugar
2- 1/2 cup of hot water
3- 1/2 cup of hot milk add to it 2 spoons of corn starch or custard
4- 1 spoon of butter in room temperature
5- apinch of salt & vanilla
6- 3/4 cup of whipping cream
7- 1/2 cup of cold caramel mixture
8- tea biscuits and wafers and nuts & any think you like to add like dried fruits
Place the sugar in a deep pan over medium heat until it turns into caramel, then add water you will find that the caramel clumps. Just keep stirring and it will dissolve. Then add the hot milk with the starch or custard and continue stirring until the texture becomes thicker, then add the butter, vanilla and salt, then leave them to cool completely stir them well then add biscuits and nuts then put the mixture in any mold will be placed in the freezer for an hour and it will be ready 😍
