📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• 200 ml milk (about 0.85 cups)
• 200 ml water (about 0.85 cups)
• 20 g fresh yeast (about 0.7 ounces)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 700 g all-purpose flour (about 5 2/3 cups)
• 100 g butter (about 7 tablespoons)
• 1 tsp salt
Filling:
• 400 g cream cheese (about 14 ounces)
For smearing:
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp milk
• Sesame seeds
• Black sesame
• Hail salt
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Baking pan: 29 cm x 33 cm (approximately 11.5 x 13 inches)
Baking time: 20-25 minutes with convection.
