Our judges are the best in the world. its the officers who keep on delaying for years together citing one reason or other . We salute this Learned judge for being so considerate and not loosing his cool towards inefficiencies from officers and still giving them time . Our judges work 16hrs a day . I salute them .

There are numerous pending cases like this, the judges also have to face incompetent corrupt officials and still I see some people still comment negative on judges behavior. The judge has no other option than to stay frustrated with this kind of system.

Total system is unresponsive. The state counsel is unable to elicit information from the concerned officials. He is helpless. The Judge cannot move forward in the case. He is showing interest to clear backlog of cases but the whole machinery is rusted. 2007 case and still continuing.

State counsel counter argues with judge because he is a lawyer. If a common man counters judge , judge would have thrown out common man from court.

Appearing Government Advocate is NOT at all prepared with his case, and he is appearing before the Court, that too the High Court. Incompetency, indeed. This is just NOT the way Advocacy is done. Hugely Disappointing.

In departmental proceedings their is no need to furnish the investigation report to accused however to serve show cause notice is must . Investigation report is a prevelged document .

Look counsel is doing his job. Since it is the officers only not providing the file he cannot do anything about it. The best thing would be not to provide any counsel to state officers and made then officers pay penalty for the contempt.

It is not understood as to how officers not conversant with the case records are sent to court. Further the govt advocates ,without going through the records properly accusing the govt institutions .Simply writing letter to govt authorities the role of state counsel is never completed.When he is adequately paid by govt ,how can he shift the responsibility to the shoulder of govt officials taking plea of non co operation?

The lawyer was absolutely not prepared for the case...he just woke up...make up some stuff... And he would get another date...And waste courts time... The Judge showed him his place... Young lawyers should learn from this... Be prepared...know your facts, prepare your file...and be quick in the court

Millions of cases are pending because of incompetent lawyers and incompetent IAS/IPS and police officers. Sorry to say, the level of the overwhelming majority of lawyers is pathetic. When every single minute is so precious and costly, no one has the common sense to even prepare properly before coming to the court. It's not a matter of hindi or english. People don't even have the courtesy to read their client's file and then speak. So much time is wasted struggling to find basic information. I would go crazy if I had to deal with so much incompetence. If any aspiring lawyer is there, watch court proceedings in USA. Such kind of lawyers will be thrown out from gate itself. If you are not prepared, leave the job. You are representing your client. You are his voice. You can't get frustrated and say they didn't provide you information. Keep quiet and move along

Naukri nhi rhegi to khayega kya? Judge sahab khali pili bhaunkte ho, decision di nhi jati aapse. Decision deke bhaukal bnao. Nirbhaya rape case me 7 sal lga aam admi ko kitne sal lgte honge.
