Running a court case against govt about 26 years regarding an appointment is simply refecting the thoughts of govt and judiciary that value of a poor man is valueless, in fact not provide due justice time ruins life of a justice seeker, this a shame of a democratic independent country India. I openly declare that as per a common man speculation about 1.5 lakhs justice seeker lost their lives due to not getting justice from either govt or judiciary, this is a bleak reality of our country, I make sincere appeal to govt and judiciary to deliver justice in time to save millions of lives. Who is at fault? An understaffed judiciary with 3rd class advocates or an unfeeling executive and administration that does whatever is convenient and creates an entire army of litigants? Don't blame the symptom for the disease.

@@chandrashekharshekhat3328 Perhaps both are true. But I personally do not see a problem with the judiciary (bench) except understaffing and modernization of systems. On the other hand, I see immense problems with cynicism in the administration and police, as well as with the advocate quality (bar).

Leaving aside the merits of the case, the plaintiff's counsel does not even know date of appointment which is at the heart of the matter. Due respect for his age, but standard of advocacy is worst in India.

we do. We anticipate every question and prepare answers on a sheet of paper and highlight it. This just happens to be a shit lawyer. Just like shit doctors or engineers there are shit lawyers. It just happens to be that they are more in number

Dono party ke samne spot enquiry na karwa kar ek dated23/9/23 ka spot enquiry ke naam par paper lagwa diye hai jisme ek initial sign hai usike upper wadi pratiwadi ke wakil milkar har date par arop pratyarop ka daur challa raha hai ek date par 2nd party bhare court me SDM or dono wakil ke samne jivan bhar case chalne ki baat bole jar nikal gaya or mera wakil koi objection karne ke jagah chup chap sunte rahe 2nd party or mera wakil nahi chah raha hai ki dono party ke samne spot enquiry ho agar hoga to sachhai samne aa jayega or case decide ho jayega

After ruining someone's whole carrier he got only 2lack rupees...sorry to say but this judge should know how to make judgement against any unlawful activities when the opposite side can easily pay much more...he even don't consider that one candidate is serving against his post under someone who is retired and the judge don't even order show cause notice against the ex-judge...it is funny to think that we have to run to them for justice 🙏🙏🙏

Kya thaka hua lawyer hire kiye hai client ne. Aisa lag raha bas abhi uth kar aaye ho. Aur jab judge sawla pooch raha hai toh seedhe answer do, has kyu rahe ho jaise ki judge tumhara koi friend ho.

Lag nahi jata hai more day more money ke liye lagwa diya jata hai jo ki Mera case me Mera wakil Lal Babu Prasad Prasad 6sal baad court me aane ke liye 6sal baad notice bhejwaye itna din date pe date lekar case tante rahe or spot enquiry ka aadesh hue 1sal se jyada ho gaya lekin agla date agla date karke abhi dono party ke presents me spot enquiry nahi karwa paye March 2024ko case ka nakkal nikalne ke liye bole to chrkut Jama kar diye hai yahi har date pe bole rahe hai or nakkal nikalne ke liye 800/900Rs.Paise ka demand kar rahe hai jub Mai chirkut ka receipt mannga to o bhi nahi de rahe hai jo 2nd party written petition diya uska original recived paper manga to dena to dur dikhana bhi nahi chah rahe hai mere samne peskar ko jo paper file me lagane ke liye dete hai o bhi humse paisa lekar peskar se vapas lekar dust bin me dal dete hai to ab aap hi bataiye ki aapko humko ko kon ruined kar raha hai jub wakil is tarah ka case ladega to koi bhi ruined hoga hi na
