हो 70 जना चाहिँ मानिस हैनन सलाम पाइलट कुमार पान्डे ज्यु। यत्तिको हिम्मतिलो पाइलट ले उडाएको जहाजमा यात्रा गर्ने इचछा लाग्यो। तेसै ढुक्क सङ्ग यात्रा गर्न सकिन्छ यत्तिको हिम्मतिलो पाइलट भएपछि।
डाक्टरले क्यान्सर रोग पत्ता लाएर बिरामिलाइ नभन्नु जत्तिकै हो यो कुरा । क्यान्सर लाई क्यान्सर् नि हो है भन्ने काम पाइलट कुमार ले गर्नुभएको छ्ब्जुन सम्मान जनक र न्यायिक छ । चाहे जतिसुकै दुखित होउन अरु सलाम उहाँको चेतनामूलक भिडियो। हामिजस्तो ले मेन ले पनि बुझ्नेगरी दिनुभएको छ

Yes you are absolutely right Kumar Sir, all captains points to be noted, especially Nepalese captains!!! Nepalese airlines should learn to improve/correct your mistakes from such incidents. And yes everybody has right to know about the facts. Pandey sir, the person like you who is bold-enough to point out the mistakes should be the Prime minister of Nepal, then only, Nepal will change for betterment. Yes Pandey sir you are a real hero and a true citizen of that country (Nepal). I think, all captains of nepalese airlines irrespective of their work-experiences should learn many things from Pandey sir, at least in the field of airlines.
I've been watching interviews of captain Kumar Pandey. And I must say, he is just so amazing and vocal about things. Thank you pilot. I really hope Civil aviation authority of Nepal gets a chance to work with you. We need more pilots like you for flying nepalese airlines. Huge respect to you Pilot Kumar.

Instrument ko pani galti cha sir.. Maybe it is only instrument error. Because according to this audio of cockpit.. 1. The Barometer/altimeter was faulty... No terrain warning at 5300 feet. 2. The compass was faulty too.. Have to set 215 for a 220 heading... Captain says " This does not take in the right direction " 3. The pilots talked about flaps 30 4 times, also they confirmed Flaps are at 30 2 times, including a final checklist.. Therfore, something was wrong with the instruments.. It is a mechanical failure due to poor maintenance!
