असं प्रमाण घेऊन बनवा पाणीपुरीसाठी परफेक्ट पुरी घरच्या घरी
Fine sooji : 1/2 cup
Maida : 2 tbsp
Salt
Hot boiling Water : 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Step :
1. Measure all the ingredients , add sooji , Maida and salt together and keep it aside
2. Keep the water for boiling , when water starts to boil just add it in the sooji , maida mixture and mix it with the spoon
3. When water is warm and you can touch it using your hand , just use your hand and start kneading
4. Knead it nicely and apply water on its surface and cover it
5. Keep it aside for 1-2 hours
6. After 2 hours mix it well ,the sooji will become soft. take the dough and divide it in half portion
7. Dust some flour on the surface and roll it out, make it thin as you can , once its thin enough cut it in small round shape.
8. Take the small poori and place them on the paper , cover it with damp cloth
9. Similarly prepare all the poori and place it in the paper and keep them covered
10. Once oil is hot , place the heat at medium to high (mostly high ) add puri one by one and fry them nicely till it becomes nice golden brown from both the sides
11. Once puri is fried remove them on tissue paper and let them get cold , do not stack them , just spread them on paper and let it dry
12. Once puri is cool it will stay crispy and crunchy
Your puri for pan puri is ready to eat
