आयटी क्षेत्रात मॅनेजर तासनतास मिटींग घेऊन काय बोलतात कळत नाहीत काम थांबवून बडबडगीत करतात नंतर कर्मचारीवर्ग कामाला वेळेत पूर्ण करण्यास सांगून थांबवून ठेवण्यात काय आनंद असतो कॅम्पस मधून घेऊन पगार भरपूर देऊन घेतात त्या कार्ट्यांना काही येत की नाही हे पण बघत नाहीत माझा मुलगा वैतागून जातो नवीन आलेल्यांना शिकवून परत मुली तर मठ्ठ मोबाइल घेऊन टाइम पास वेळेआधीच घरी निघून जातात पुन मुलगी म्हणून काही बोलायच नाहीत परदेशात असलेलेच तर अजून नाठाळ विदेशात गेल्यावर काम करत आहेत अस दाखवतात पण ते भारतीय लोकांना काम सांगून ऑन द् वे अव्हेलेबल म्हणून टाइम पास करतात कामाचाच क्रेडीट स्वत घेतात गेलया महिन्यात डोळे आलेत म्हणून सुट्टी मागितल्यावर इन्फोसिस चा मठ्ठ मॅनेजर ऑफिस मध्ये काम केले पाहिजे म्हणून दबाव करतो कर्मचारीवर्ग तशा अवस्थेत आलेत एकामुले दुसर्‍याच संसर्ग होऊ शकेल तरी ऐकत नाहीत

जास्तीच्या पगारामुळे उर्वरीत समाजात अस्वस्थता आहे आणि पुण्यात घरांच्या किमती खुपच वाढलेल्या आहेत. त्यामुळे आयटी कर्मचार्यांचा जास्तीत जास्त पगार 25 ते 50 हजारांच्या आसपास असणे समाजाच्या हिताचे आहे.

When talking on technical things we also need a person who has actually worked in development and delivery areas whereas video focusus on HR and Management points. As far as what I've seen is if you have a X skill they'll check if you've experience or not in it. That's it. After that cracking interview depends on your preparation and luck as we don't know who will interview you. And then when they hire you every project has certain revenue, if you fit in it you'll be in or you'll be out. Most points in video are fine for who is starting or just entered in the field. One point is agreed that every person HAS to upskill that doesn't mean legacy projects are going to go away overnight. Master of one, Jack of many is the formula!

IT मध्ये नोकऱ्यांचा दुष्काळ नाहीये तर आपल्याकडे स्किल आणि attitude चा दुष्काळ पडलाय.... आज फ्रेशर्स experience घ्यायला तयार नाहीयेत... जोईनिंग ला महिना लाखोंचे पॅकेज मिळावे ह्या अपेक्षेने येतात... जे workforce मध्ये आहेत ते रिजिड झालेत त्यांना नवीन गोष्ट शिकायच्या नाहीयेत...

मुळात सामाजिक स्थिती बदली पाहिजे कारण आयटी मध्ये काम केले म्हणजेच काम केले असे नाही...... काम कोणतेही करा मनापासून करा.....या आयटी मुळे लोकांना attitude आला आहे....त्याला कारण म्हणजे high package salary..... का दुसरे काम केले नाही तर नाही मिळणार का high package salary.... हे सगळे बदले तरच सगळ्यांना equal मान मिळेल.....समाजात एक स्थान मिळेल....आजकाल असे झाले आहे की आयटी मध्ये काम करणारा खूप भारी.....पण engineering झालेले एक बिझनेस करत असेल तर ते मूर्ख..... इंजिनिअर होऊन हा काय करतो.....ही सगळी मानसिकता बदली पाहिजे....

हा आता कसा मिळाल आम्हाला frustration काढायला. IT मध्ये जॉब लागताना criteria लावतात relevant डिग्री पाहिजे, एवढे Percentage पाहिजे, IT मध्ये कोर्स केला पाहिजे. मग एवढ सगळ पाहिजे तर मग मेकॅनिकल, civil, Automobile department ची candidates तुम्ही घेता ते चालत. आणि ती पोर का येतात तर बसुन काम पाहिजे अस म्हणतात मग कशाला काशीत घालायला त्या डिपार्टमेंट ला अ‍ॅडमिशन घेतात ईथे IT चे रूल तोडून फेक Experience घेऊन कंपनी मध्ये इंटर करतात आणि मग बेंच वर बसायला लागत ते जास्त करून याच कारणामुळे other non IT वाल्या मुळे झालय आणि lay off झाल.

Thats true. Our quality is questionable and salary are getting higher. सामान्यतः आपल्याकडे फक्त जॉब मिळावा म्हणून CS करतात, पण technology, concept वगैरे नीट समजून घेतलेल्या नसतात. मला स्वतःबद्दल पण हेच जाणवले, जेव्हा माझ्या येवढाच अनुभवी बेल्जियन मुला सोबत काम केले. तो लई हुशार होता. सर्व कोर concept clear. चटपट काम करणार आणि त्याचा ५ वाजता logout करणार.

Every field has to go through Highs n Lows... And IT can't be exception to it. Anything that has Low demand and High Supply is bound to Lose its Value..... What's happening in IT has happened with Mechanical and Civil. People who have chosen IT career just for packages will have Tough time in future.

AI is not at all a threat to employment! People should have a deep understanding before making vague statements! AI is just a catalist at the end, you would need humans to apply to a particular situation! Go and look at Gartners releases and you will see the trend around AI! AI have miles to cover before it can establish any confidence amongst the top CEOs! AI is the new Buzz word ….everything AI! Also read and explore about what people think about AI bias!

True but ever heard how Mill workers lost their jobs due to machines?? Or how a maids have lost their cloth washing jobs after washing machine?? Any suggestions to those mill workers?? AI is inevitable but denying that it won't hurt is ignoring facts. AI is going to replace engineers because 80% engineers irrespective of wonderful skills are doing jobs equivalent to a typewriter job manual ones. Ofcourse i dream of a future where coders can just feed and algo and AI will write code. But this means that a team of 7 will be reduced to 3. Yup, teams will reduce size because AI does have capability to replace few brains. So jobs will reduce. AI wont replace but reduce human intervention significantly which means...less job openings less human requirement. Withing next decade we will see the difference. AI is the earthquake we cannot flee...we have to live with it.

IT world is creating robots i am working in corporate and i can feel it. No relation no team no human no sympathy no empathy...do job get money switch. Also learning is very difficult seniors will think twice before sharing their knowledge to juniors. I had wonderful seniors they used to talk sweet work sweet but they never shared good code/tech practices they only talked about products. For example put a for loop here...they would never tell how for loop in this part helps u be a better coder. I can get knowledge of code from AI but why and how is what i expect from me and my colleagues via discussions. I dont blame them. The worst is structure of IT you dont call anyone sir mam so that means even seniors feel vulnerable alll the time they are afraid that some random junior can override you. No job security No respect

Entire education system should change. Everyone waste 20-25 years of life to understand and find which job pays more... End of the completing degree ....if money making is motto .... why not we educate our kids from jr.kg ....loss & profit, investment, how to make double, Shares, business, choice of industries as per interest where money generated. ... It will make your child of capitalist mindset. And hyper capitalism is evil. Think before changing a system. Getting above the system after getting through the system will give sense of freedom and choice, understanding of one's interest and then getting into it and making it as your career will help. This system way is better, than learning things which are only necessary for survival will create fear, wars, rat race, evils, etc...

It is worries that Maharashtra syllabus is week as compared to other states like UP, Bihar MP etc. So Maharashtra students are not clear the IT firm interviews. It is require to improve the syllabus .other wise in future It will difficult to get job.

Please ek video job career shift to IT from other technical field like engineering, industrial automation etc var banva. Lot of people change their career path to IT due good pay, opportunities and flexibility, growth etc. Is it a good decision to change field to IT if you have decade of experience in other field but you are not getting good pay, growth etc there. Your decade of experience in that field will not be completely useless but at least technical things will not be that useful in IT. You will need to learn IT technologies while you are working and need to use your free time for that. What is your opinion on this ?

मी 20 वर्षे आयटी इंडस्ट्री मध्ये आहे. हे संभाषण ऐकून जरा हसूच आल...!!!! यांना actual पर्सनल लाईफ बदल काही अनुभव नाही.. फक्त technical लॉजिकल वर वक्तव्य करतात असे वक्ते फक्त कॉर्पोरेट लाईफ आणि academic बद्दल अभ्यास करतात....!!! अशा संकुचित लोकांना नका बोलवत जाऊ... जरा सांस्कृतिक पर्सनल cultural सुद्धा समावेश करावा .... आणि सर्वांगीण विकास पहावा.... सरकारी कामात कधी AI आणि फुली computerised होणार यावर भाग बनवा.....!!!

Continuous learning is only possible if the field/ subject is of your interest otherwise as you age, it's not possible to learn things under pressure or of not your interest. There is high uncertainty in IT. It's better to do your own business instead of running behind IT jobs.
