4साल जेल काटने के बाद आज उसे नियाये मिला है सीबीआई और पुलिस की गलती से 4साल जिंदगी के खराब किए गए है अब मेरी राय से जो इस केस की जांच करने वाली पुलिस और सीबीआई को कम से कम 8साल की सजा होनी चाहिए ।

The Aarushi case is misdirected. We must remember that along with Aarushi, a servant was also killed. As Aarushi belonged to a high end family and the servant to a lower class, the police started Aarushi murder case and treated servant's murder as a secondary murder to hide evidence. But why should one kill a school girl ? I think here the primary murder was that of the servant and Aarushi's murder was secondary to hide evidence.

Still unsolved. We will never know what happened that night. And people forget that its not just Aarushi murder case - its hemraj murder case as well. Who was charged for the murder of hemraj? Where are the parents now? Did they ever tell anyone what happened that night? I am sure they know more than they say.

My theory is that, i think Aarushi saw his father killing the servant and i also think aarushi was quiet about it but the parents were not sure if she would keep quiet and the parents felt it would be better to kill aarushi too,as they were skeptical that aarushi might reveal the truth to the police because the servant was very close to aarushi he was like a father figure to aarushi i think.
There could be a slight possibility that someone who was very close to the talwars like the Durrani family hired and sent someone professional for performing both the murders as they were also afraid as their dark secrets were getting spilled
