If their daughter was murdered, y Dr. Rajesh never called police? Instead he called his brother & relatives & friends to try to settle the matter to get a death certificate. It was the security guard who called police after half an hour. They both kept quiet till her servant rang the doorbell. What was the need to lock terrace door? If the murderer was someone else, y would he waste time in locking terrace door & changing bedsheet & Aarushi's clothes when the parents were sleeping in next room? When the police came & asked for terrace keys, y Dr. Talwar didn't give the keys? Because Dr. Talwar wanted to destroy the body of their servant as soon as possible. This was not the instant murder. This was a planned cold blooded murder. They must have planned it atleast one week before. If they both would have not been the murderers, they would have definitely known who's the murderer as the intension behind the murder was not the Robery. If the murderer was someone else, y would he murder only Aarushi & the servant & leave both Talwars alive? One thing is sure that both Talwars r the best actors

Aarushi ke case ka mazaak bnake rkhdia hai, after 11 years, no one has found guilty by the court. I believe the biggest mistake was done by the noida police by taking the case casually, even they forgot to check the terrace immediately, but when they found it locked they just came back to the house, such a dumb investigation. They not even tried to unlock that door. Secondly, the parents cleaned aarushi's room on the second day or may the on the day of murder in presence of the police. And by saying Hemraj and Aarushi found in a compromising position, I see this as a disrespect to both of them. Becoz no proof has been found that can point to such allegation. Also by Narco test of Krishna and Rajkumar, Krishna accepted that how they murdered both of them. It was a well planned murder.

I feel that Arushi s parents are the culprits they killed their daughter and the servant very clearly understood the couples simply tampered the proofs and that's the truth

My questions are : If 3 servants were in the house, gatekeeper or guard didn't see them. Why Hemraj didn't tell to Talwars if one servant kill the girl. In this country there is no criminal lawyer who turn and clear the case. and

The CBI investigative officer Kaul, was of the opinion that a charge sheet should be submitted because there was enough to prove the conviction. going by whats available on the web,.......both parents seem to have a dark side to their social life,..and were successful in going with it while arushi not being aware of it.Things seem to have come to a grim situation when Aarushi started knowing ( may be with hemraj's help,.. servants in a house know everything about their masters even god may not know) the dark side of her parents social life,.and she may have started digging deep on that..this dark side may also have involved other families,..which put a stake on many people's duel lifestyle coming in open because of a kid.Plan may have hatched to silence Hemraj..however Aarushi may also would have been included in the plan(to be silenced) in the final moments without the parents knowledge,...that's why the parents are strong in their body language without any guilt when doing interviews to media.
