*Aloo ki bhujiya* ek swadisht *North Indian* dish hai jo aloo (potato) se banai jati hai. Yeh ek *sukhi sabzi* hai jo jhatpat tayyar hoti hai. Aap isko *chapati**, **paratha**, ya **puri* ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Chaliye, main aapko *aloo ki bhujiya* banane ka tarika batata hoon:

*Samagri (Ingredients):*
- **Aloo (Potatoes)**: 4 medium size, chhilke utar kar kaate hue
- **Hari Mirch (Green Chilies)**: 2-3, kata hua
- **Haldi (Turmeric Powder)**: 1/2 chammach
- **Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder)**: 1/2 chammach
- **Namak (Salt)**: Swad anusar
- **Tel (Oil)**: 2-3 chammach
- **Hara Dhaniya (Fresh Coriander Leaves)**: Kuch patte kata hua
*Vidhi (Method):*
1. *Kadhai* mein *tel* garam karein.
2. Ab Aloo** daalein aur acche se milayein.
3. Ab *haldi**, **lal mirch powder**, aur **namak* daalein. Milayein.
4. Dhakkan laga kar dhimi aanch par pakayein. Thoda-thoda paani daal kar aloo ko pakayein.
5. Jab aloo gal jayein aur tel alag hone lage, *hari mirch* aur *hara dhaniya* daalein. Milayein.
6. *Aloo ki bhujiya* tayyar hai! Garama-garam roti ke saath serve karein.
