Please please sir can u make some videos on zero oil or like that recepies based sabzi, etc (excluding aloo & rice) which are tasty. It is hard to see when she wants to eat tasty things but there are not much options. ☹️ Sir, u are very creative please consider my request. 🙏🙏

The simplicity of his recipes is truly remarkable. His Dal makhni is the best recipe I have come across in my 40 years of cooking. The best part is that I used less butter than he shows but the daal is still a bomb.

If you use non-stick pan and it is still new, you can cook any tadke wali sabzi. Add garlic, onion directly to the pan and keep stirring non-stop. If sticking, add few drops of water. You can also make baingan ka bharta and Thoran (Keralayi mix veg) using this technique. Also best is cook tari wali sabzi like tari waley matar paneer (don't fry paneer, boil to make it soft), tari waley baingan, vrat wali tari wali aloo gobi ki sabzi (skip aloo add any vegetable), matar soyabean ki sabzi, lauki, etc because oil ho na ho/kam ho tari wali mein pata nhi chalta. Saadi Dal can also be prepared oil free. Also you can try few other recipes if Mataji would like: Vegetable upma (Roast tadka, boil vegetables instead of frying them), matar ka daliya, vegetable dailya, palak ki khandvi, khaman dhokla (roast tadka, add water), dapka kadhi (RB's channel), Vegetable Sooji ki idli (can skip tadka). Vegetable soup is also good for Covid recovering patients. Overcook vegetables in a cooker, strain the mash, add pinch salt+pepper. You can later use that mash to make pav bhaji for yourself.
