JEERA ALOO RECIPE | Potatoes with Cumin Seeds,jeera aloo recipe | aloo jeera recipe | A simple, healthy and tasty cumin flavoured vegetarian curry recipe which is typically served as side dish to roti's or chapati. perhaps one of the popular bachelors curry or sabzi recipe due to its simplicity and taste which can be prepared without much ingredients in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (aloo), boiled, peeled and cut in cubes
½ tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
1\2 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
1\2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1\2 tsp musted seeds
3 Green Chilli
1\2 tsp Red Chilli powder
One tsp Coriander powder
Salt as per your taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing
