I normally eat gherkins( tendli/ kundru) reluctantly, coz find it insipid. But this was superlative....it was a - YEH DIL MAANGEY MORE type of a vegetable. The gherkins were crisp and crunchy. However, I used mustard oil while making it. Super recipe.

में ऐसी ही ड्राई सब्जी को ही ढूंढ रहा था, हम लोग कभी दोस्ती के साथ जंगल में जाते हे वहा खाना चूल्हे पर पकाते हे, बाहोट मस्त रेसिपी बनाई हे अस्पने मेरी ड्राई सब्जी की तलास आज पूरी हो गई हम दोस्त जायेंगे तब वहा ये सब्जी जरूर बनाएंगे, धन्यवाद दीदी

Liked your recipe immensely. The reason being you always show vegetable recipes which are dry and not too much gravy, which is loved by us all. आज फिर बनाई ये कुंद्रु/टेंडली की सब्जी,आपके अनुसार,जबरदस्त बनी,अफसोस, साबुत लाल मिर्चें मिस हो गई, nevertheless its really yummy, whenever i see ur dishes,the rejected/dejected veggies,i try seeing ur recepy and then start loving these hated/ignored vegetables.Tysm jee😂😇💐👍

Hi there, I tried this sabzi and it came out very well. However, I did not add garlic in the beginning and garam masala at the end as we don't like either, but even without these things, sabzi came out very well :)
