क्या करें अगर COMPANY RESIGNATION ACCEPT नहीं करती (2020) 

My company is not accepting resignation. I have gone into extreme stress and depression due to work pressure and consulted psychologist and he recommended to quit the job. I have submitted medical documents that I am not fit for work. Now company is not relieving me and instead forcing me to work for two months . Notice period is 2 months and I have given spot resignation and ready to buyout the notice period. Please suggest if I can challenge or send legal notice to the company?

My case is somewhat different - My company was not sending funds and not paying site office rent, so i had resigned on email and since I was alone and nobody was there to takeover my roles..I was waited and left the job after 1 month..on email when I started to ask my mentor for my dues he denied saying proper hand over not done- in fact office was locked as rent was not paid..so is there any way to get my dues?

Help please...... I have decided to leave current company due to long distance as the current companies location is changed. And due to long travelling i was facing health issues. Company has accepted my resignation also I have completed proper notice period and handover and submitted everything. They gave all relieving document and experience document. But old company threatened me because now I am having offer of new company which is on same domain. It is compititor company but no such contact is signed that compititor company can not be joined. I work for a very small start up, today is my last day, my boss is not willing to pay my last month salary and exit letter. I resigned and I was not communicated on hiring or the structure of handover expected. He says on my last day that my handover document is not thorough and there are lots of pending tasks of mine which were never highlighted during my notice period, and that unless I am willing to give him a thorough handover and complete pending tasks to his SATISFACTION, he won't consider releasing payment or exit/experience letter. it's 3.5 years of experience. I have a total of 5 years experience and my next employers don't need the letter I don't want to go through the harassment. Want to cut my losses and move on. How important would my exit letter be, this would be 3 years and 6 months of experience.? How can this come and bite be back in the future? I plan to study outside in a few years.
