@FocusLocus Hi Sir, Can I get proper clean relieving and experience letter(if they mention Insubordination ) if I am terminated in notice period? And is it mandatory to serve full notice period from office, even I am unable to do that? Currently I am working in a company.due to my health condition I took 1 month work from home. But HR called me and said that as per the company policy it is not acceptable..asked for approval from manager. but manager is not approving it, as I newly joined in that team. even i provided the medical documents HR said that I'll terminate you as insubordination (due to not coming to office) and hold my salary.
सर मैने पहली जॉब छोड़ी तो पांच दिन की सैलरी ऑनर ने नहीं दी, जबकि मैने एक महीने पहले छोड़ने का बोल दिया था, क्या में पांच दिन के 600 रूपये के लिए कोर्ट जाता, दूसरी जॉब छोड़ी तो वहां एक आधा दिन भी कोई काम करके जाता तो उसकी सैलरी अगले महीने उसके बैंक अकाउंट में जमा हो जाती थी, आज छह साल से मेरा खुद का ही छोटा सा बिजनेस है और आधे दिन की भी सैलरी देने का रूल फॉलो करता हूं, मुझे इससे पर्सनल सेटिस्फेक्शन मिलता है।

सर मैं वर्तमान में झारखंड टीजीटी शिक्षक के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ और मेरा सिलेक्शन झारखंड पीजीटी टीचर के रूप में भी हुआ है। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र भी दे दिया गया है। झारखंड पीजीटी से संबंधित दो मामलों की सुनवाई झारखंड हाई कोर्ट में चल रही है। संभावना जताई जा रही है कि इस पूरी नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को रद्द किया जा सकता है। यदि मैं वर्तमान पद (TGT) से विरमण (Relieving)पत्र लेकर झारखंड PGT को ज्वाइन करता हूं तो क्या मैं अपने पहले वाले(TGT) पद पर फिर से योगदान दे सकता हूं (नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया रद्द होने की स्थिती मे)। कृपया समस्या का समाधान करें।
I left my company in maternity leave. Only 7 days were remaining to complete my ML. In notice period company extended my notice period by 7 days as ML was yet to complete and did 30+7 days and I had joined new company after 30 days and submitted asset and identity on 30th day. But company gave me relieving letter few days later. Stating 4th Apr 2022 as LWD and I had already joined new company at 29th Mar2022. As 28 th Mar 2022 was LWD as per the dashboard displayed to me.and later it got revised with additional 7 days. now i am having overlap of 7 days on relieving and joining date of new company. My question is : can I get NOC from company stating due system automatiion Lwd was revised and employee was not conveyed about this so She submitted identity and asset on 28th Mar and joined new company. Please sir suggest if this is possible and how can i get this
Hello sir I have one question I worked in the company during the probation period but resigned from the company as a fresher, I made one mistake not serving the notice period but after 3-4 day when I get to know that ye will not give me relieving letter then I talk to Hr I'm ready for notice period but she will now not possible because I have done your process and now sir they not updating me about the full & final settlement I worked 20 days in that month and date of exit also not marked as a fresher I so disturbed what to do now will I able to join new company.I am ready for 1 month's notice period settlement on 20 April I resigned I have submitted all reports and company assets also Please guide me 😢😢

Hello Sir...My HR is not giving me relieving letter early. She told me it's takes 45-60 days when Fnf is done. But my new company wants me to join within 15 days with relieving letter from previous company. What should I do?
@@FocusLocus Thank u for ur reply but Sir mera new company ka HR bol Raha hain k relieving letter ke bina joning possible nehi hain, Or main a bhi jan na cha ta hoon ki fnf sattlement se pahle kay relieving letter mil sakta hain?
Sir maine 5 months kiya hai aur resigned kar diya hai notice period nahi kiya aur ab company ne notice letter bheja hai notice period karne ke liye aur wo kah rahe hai ki ager notice period nahi karoge to legal action liya jayega to kya kare
