पहले तो एकाउंट में 2 लाख होने चाहिए , उसके लिए महीने के 2 लाख कमाना पड़ेगा फिर, महीने का 2 लाख खर्चा करना पड़ेगा, फिर इतनी सारी माथा पच्ची करने के बाद 800 रुपए SIP में इन्वेस्ट करना पड़ेगा, तो 40 ,50, साल बाद 2.5 करोड़ रूपए मिलेगा,🤔 यह तो बिल्कुल हि समझ के परे हैं, जो बंदा महीने का खर्चा 2 लाख करे , उसकी कमाई महीने की 4 लाख तो होगी ?, फिर वह सिर्फ 800 हि क्यू इन्वेस्ट करे ? एक कहानी याद आई, अंडे फिर मुर्गी फिर अंडे फिर मुर्गी......…😂😂😂

Sir Mobile shop example me usko 2.% total credit card transaction ka dena hoga. Aapne sirf 2.5 lacs k profit k upar calculate kara hai. 2.5 lacs less 2% = Rs 2.45 lacs. Overall its good video. worth watching

A great trick used by Financial planner is that they first divert your mind, mean aapko sapne dikhane ka kaam karna, after that they will always tell you only invest not reedem, they always hope that you will never die. As per my opinion a person spending 2 lakh in a month through credit card should be having income of around 7-8 lakh per month, and a common man have income in a bracket of 50k per month and can spend 10 to 20k maximum through credit card, so how much he/she should get, sir will exactly tell us. Although video is good only for listening. Thanks and Regards all.

credit card se 2 lakh nikalne ke liye 2% charges b lagta h sir apne ye nahi btaya and ye 2% apko every month dena h every month ap 4000 rs credit card se nikalne ke pay karoge means 1 saal k 48000. fir aprox 850/month k hisab se ap kmaoge 10200. sari calculations karne k bad ap lose me hi jaoge. anyone can try yourself.

But the problem now a days is most of the vendor hesitate taking payment from credit card, or if they take it than they ask 2% extra for paying from CC. Additionally some vendor only accept UPI, no card swipe machine.

Interesting concept. I was curious so I did some math, how much percentage return will be required to make 833 monthly to 2.4 cr in 40 years, it comes out to be 15.6%, so the number looks a bit inflated to me. For return calculation please use max 10-11 % (even in Index funds), @ 10% it comes out to be 48 Lakhs only in 40 years. Second which job goes on for 40 years with starting salary 2 lakhs, though this argument can be countered with - its a simple concept start with 30,000 pm salary but someday u will reach 2L pm. I accept that concept is interesting but don't get excited with 2.5 cr number. The returns are gonna be much lower than this. Save wisely, spend wisely.

I have never seen such a worse financial tips from anyone so far. Guys i've been using CC from past 4 yrs nd i made 11 lakhs+ income and bought gold. So atleast i have good experience with CC's and finance. Whatever this guy is telling is a peice of junk. Practically speaking who else keeps consistents spends of 2 lakhs every month. And FD is one of the worst thing youngsters can do in this age. FD is a security meant for old people who's retired and dont want any stress, they invest in fd and relax. Its for them This couch potato is misleading u all. U can make income from CC's absolutely true. But not in this way at all. Its stupid way. Even kids can give u that info. What kind of finance knowledge is needed to explain this useless shit. 1st u people stop follwing him. Get good guidance u will make more. Once again dont fall into this stupid trap.

There is a huge catch. If you are spending that much, where do you go on holidays? Most probably outside India, right? How many countries issue Visas without looking at your savings balance account? Using card for earning interest is not wrong, but sweep-in FD will keep your bank balance too low.

सागर जी, आपकी प्लानिंग तो बहुत अच्छी है पर मेरा एक कन्फ्यूजन है?: (1) यदि हम क्रेडिट कार्ड से कैश विड्रॉल करेंगे तो बैंक की तरफ से इंटरेस्ट के साथ साथ पेनल्टी भी लगती है। (2) यदि हम क्रेडिट कार्ड से पैसा निकालकर बैंक में ऑटो स्वीप एफडी में लगायेंगे तो बैंक से जो इंटरेस्ट मिलेगा वह क्रेडिट कार्ड की पेनल्टी और इंटरेस्ट से कम होगा? (3) यदि बैंक से इंटरेस्ट फ्री कैश विड्रॉल हो जाए तो बात बन सकती है?

Ye gyan nahi bakaiti hai..😂 Pahli baat agar 12% annualized return bhi consider karo(very optimistic case), to bhi return 1 crore hoga. Aur dusri baat ye sab karne ke liye aap apni Jeb se 10 crore kharch kar chuke honge

सर वीडियो अच्छी है आपकी लेकिन मेरा एक सवाल है अगर हो सके तो जवाब देने की कौशिश कीजियेगा। हम दो लाख रुपए की क्रेडिट कार्ड से शॉपिंग करते हैं तो दुकानदार दो परसेंट एक्सट्रा चार्ज करता है। यानि 833 रुपए कमाने के लिए पहले मुझे 4000 एक्स्ट्रा खर्च करना पड़ेगा। It means मुझे per month 4000 का लॉस उठा कर 833 का प्रॉफिट कमाना है। यानि net loss 3167 per month, अब SIP में 3167 अगर डाले तो 40 साल में कितना लॉस होगा वो भी कैलकुलेट करके बताइएगा सर।

सर मेरे पास आईसीआईसीआई बैंक का CORAL क्रेडिट कार्ड हैं मै हर महीने 30000 रेंट paid करता हूं इस कार्ड से हर महिमे मुझे 800 से 850 रुपये Cinvinience Fee और GST का चार्ज देना पड़ता हैं क्रेडिट कार्ड free कैसे होता हैं

Sir, I wrongly saw your video, initially thought that your video will be beneficial to me but later came to know that you made video for rich people who is having lesser knowledge about personal finance, in India those who will accept credit card there you can't do bargaining, if not bargain you may buy things at higher rate. (+/-/÷/×) if you round up, all these there will be net net zero profit . But at last I will say credit card is better option if you have control on yourself.

@@Shaillendrasingh aapko SIP karna hi hai to aapke pass bahot saare funds hai jaise ki... Flexi Cap, large cap, mid and large cap and small cap... Aise funds me agar aap investment karte hai to aapka investment ek Index fund se achha growth dega... Index funds (other Index funds too) sirf 50 large cap shares k bunch hote hai to ye fund FD se achhe honge lekin jaisa maine aapko bataya hua funds se Kam return dega...😊😊😊
