This video is taken at Mrs. Kanchi Lama's (my neighbour) house. She had grown beautiful Chrysanthemums last year. This video is taken to show as education for those gardeners who want to know how to propagate Chrysanthemum and make it bushy.
It is right time to propagate Chrysanthemum if you have keep cuttings 4-6 weeks ago. Roots are good and well out so easy to grow.
Homemade soil with cow, chicken manure, mustard, bonemeal and leaves is use to tranplant the stems. Water given after propagation. All plants should be kept in partial shades for few days. Then gradually shifting to sunny place. Tips pinching is essential for bushy plants.
Then these plants need to change into 8" inches or more pots after 4-6 weeks with same soil preparation.
Chrysathemum is beautiful flowers with many colors and varieties. It gives us especial shows and values in our house during Dashain and Deepawali festivals which falls in Sep/Oct.
