Excellent ma'am,👍 I have Knocking knees, keeping legs straight when knees are touching, my heels are 8" (eight inches apart). Please suggest any remedy along with these wonderful exercises demonstrated by you in this video.

Meri knee ka gap khatam ho gaya..aap bahut hi faidamand exercise dikhaya..aaj se suru karenge..weight Kitna lena hai.1 1 kg .Kitna bar weight uthhana hai.
