1/3 Cup Oil
2 Cups Basmati Rice
3 Green Chillies
25 Gms Pudina
25 Gms Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Keora Water
1 tsp Biryani Masala ( for Rice )
1 tsp Salt (for Rice)
4 -5 Saffron Strands with 1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
2 Cups Water
