You cannot build a physique by watching motivational videos.. people edit and show you their enhanced physics.. don’t get fooled by fake influencers. You keep following their vlogs and daily routine while learning almost nothing productive, rather they feed you their own bro science.. and you fall prey to quick weight loss hacks and fad diets.. You tend to take tablets and injections to achieve what you see online asap, but face severe side-effects and end up regretting your choices.. you are basically being bombarded with so much unnecessary information that you are forgetting the basics. Consuming unnecessary information and feeling good about it while getting no gains whatsoever is mental^^asturbation … Grow up dude!
