I have fasting sugar below 100 but after eating my pp sugar is above 150 .is this the prediabetic scenario? Also i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy and 2 month back i delivered baby.
83 ki age me ef 45% hai, kya kare. No sugar no bp , doing regular exercise. Walk per day about 2 to 3 km. Salt taking maximum 4 gms per day. One time food, in evening some quantity of Dalia. Sleep between 9 to 10 pm and wake up to 4.30 to 5 am. Plz advice
