Sir plants se jo oil milta hai usme cholesterol nhi hota but triglyceride to hota hai. Cholesterol sirf animal or animal products mein hota hai, lekin triglyceride ki koi baat nhi karta hai, triglyceride ka kya kare ye to sabhi oil mein hota hai. Please make vedio on Triglyceride.

I have reduced consuming cooking oils , sugar ,packed items and it benefited me greatly . Inflammation, ,muscle pain ,gut pain gone . He is absolutely right about those big corporates they and govt wake up on same bed everyday ,they don't care about our health & life . We are just numbers for them . Dear Manas saab regarding Rice brawn oil , the oil is derived from fine upper layer of carbohydrate rich rice grains. Rice husk is used for mixing in clay bricks and briquets as fire wood. In contrast rice bran is subjected to high pressure and force to extract oil. Basically the same rice brawn is used to feed the cattle in villages of South Indian

Sir I would like to add -Kachhi ghani is called cold pressed oil is the best for use. Never use refined oil as the companies remove the fat from oil by passing through a centrifuge machine and sell the fat to soap manufacturers so the content of the oil is compromised

Sir, I like the way you clarified about the bulls. Extra virgin olive oil is sold around 600 per litre and I use it for low-heat cooking. Primarily, I use non-gmo wooden-pressed groundnut and normal mustard oil. My only concern is that bull-driven oil expeller is neither affordable to produce nor scalable. Also, all the products claiming to be organic or cold-pressed are not reliable.

Pahli baar apka video dekha , acha laga. Aaj lagbhag 35/40 saal pahle gao may kolhu chalta tha. Abb machine say Rai ka tel nikalte hai. Bran kisan cow aur bhais ko khilate hai, jitna rice bran oil hai o jarur palm oil mix hai.

palm oil should be AVOIDED - is quite harmful. Told by an ayurveda expert who was a part of TKDL ( Traditional Knowledge Digital Library ) ; which was instrumental in cancelling 20,000 patents registered in the west , knowledge stolen from Ayurveda !

मानस जी, बहुत अच्छा वीडियो। आपने राइस ब्रान ऑयल के बारे में सही कहा है। में भी यही सोचता हूं की धान की भूसी से इतना तेल नही निकल सकता है। कुछ गडबड तो जरूर है। वैसे में सरसों तेल ही प्रयोग में लेता हूं। कच्ची घणी के नाम पर बेचे जाने वाले तेलों की विश्वसनीयता संदेहपूर्ण है। बहुत अच्छा बताया आपने। शुक्रिया।

Rice brawn oil is made from rice polish/powder about 15% oil in rice powder ,not from rice husk.

Oil from rice is extracted from broken rice by dissolving in certain chemicals and then dissolving chemicals are separated by heating

Nice info. Add to this All oils from plant though doesn't have cholesterol but possess triglyceride which is a cause of heart related issues. Oil should not be used at ultra high temperature And should not be used more than once
