The saddest part is not even one hospital in nepal has a instrument to measure compartment pressure. I hope this case will highlight how these instrument will foresee developing compartment pressure. I really thank the team for opting a legal way which will be an example to see how nepal's health after 5 pm is practiced in one of the procpaimed best instituite .

As a nurse who had worked in the hospital setting, the thing is patient lai while in admitted in hospital, and specially when the case is in ICU or Post operative ward, they are kept in observation because the chances are 50/50. Doctors and nurses aren’t god, they try their best to save their lives, but sometimes complications can arise while even after the patient is stable, there are unexpected consequences. So the blame cannot be directed towards any doctor or nurses. And to take such voice record without anyone’s consent especially while dealing with such a critical condition, this is illegal. I hope whatever happens happens truthfully and may the justice be with those who deserve

I can feel the pain . May the departed soul rip . Big negligence from those doctors and management team from well known hospital . It’s heartbreaking to see how they play with people life .. They should be held fully accountable for their wrongdoing and face the consequences of their actions. Sad to hear about your loss... Patient is known diabetic CKD under hemodialysis and also had history of prior heart attack.. So the prognosis is already poor.. Ani ot is for compartment syndrome.. this is an emergency surgery and pt ko daughter nai afulai Dr Vannu huncha..she should know that there's no any contradiction for emergency surgery.. But yeha counselling ko kami and miscommunication vayo jasto lagcha Malai It's not negligence its a complication.. Yesto condition ki patient expire hunasath dr lao dosh dine mudda halne vaye ta kun din yesto aaucha ki Nepal ma dr nai hudainan Dhani ta Singapore india janchan garib ka jane

I dont think you understand the issue here. The issue is after angioplasty, he should have been monitored carefully. It was clearly lack of monitoring all night and delay in treatment that lead to compartment syndrome . He ended up loosing so much blood post fasciotomy and died because he hemorrhaged. Yes there were comorbidities that is what they needed to be extra careful . He was not taken to hospital from home he was in ICU . We are not denying that he was immunocompromised but the cause of his death was completely unrelated to his comorbidities

@@prasannarimal745 completely agreed... complications are always there at any cases...but the fact that proper monitoring and recording documenting things were not there for the proof and lack of vigilant observation was the things coming up as an issue is concerning ..this is not only the case ...there are many cases in the council because of mistreatments..the pcm overdose in a child in grande hospital where the hospital is guilty of it ...and many more...this is because of the hospital and the management under paying staff and lack of competent staff ...all that caused this ...

Medicity hospital, a multispeciality hospital had best doctor team from Nepal, mostly have core superspecality doctor and retired professor with great training and expierce. But has very low expierence lower level staff. The nursing staff and medical officer are not so well trained and attitude towards them by the doctors are very bad. While listening the whole conversation, we can see the docotr on duty, Medical officer were only on night duty who took clinical decision. We all know in MBBS now days how badly are trained. And also lack of experience nursing staff who could catch up the compartment syndrome early. It was much more behavioural problem, the value system in medical faternity problem in Nepal. The junior health care personnel were not able to pick up, senior doctor didn't get good output and happened this. Nepal medical education policy need to change.

Heartfelt condolences to the family.Each medical team should have their medical license cancelled by Nepal medical Council and Nepal Nursing Council immediately where they can no longer practice anymore. Bitter truth loved one will no longer will be with us but the hospital should be heavily sued for medical negligence so that this incident becomes a lesson and they should make new policies too.This family should get justice.

The problem with hospitals in Nepal is that junior doctor/ House officers with no experience what so ever of dealing with sickest of the sickest patient are left in charge of a place like ICU. This is really scary. I have worked in ICU in Nepal as a house officer but now I'm working abroad. After training abroad, I realised how unsafe practice in Nepal is. This should change. This is not only a medical negligence but severe lacking in behaviour, attitude of health personnel towards healthcare and mostly importantly severe lacking in training and medical education system of Nepal. Just so you know...... Mediciti experience hospital vaye pani..... All their staff are under paid nurse ko pani 18-20 thousand matra xa...... Every Patient lai auta nurse vanay pani.... Actual ma... Bigray ko ac thankayera rakhxan.... Fan chalai dinxan .. tara banau dainan ....... Work place ni toxic xa...... Senior nurse haru pani junior lai ramro sanga guide gardainan .... Sutay ra basdinxan.... Not everyone but most....... So..... There are some good professionals in mediciti hospital..... But the entire management is corrupted.... Lower staffs are under paid so they fail to give the effort required... And leave ... And amount of newly passed nurse with no experience are in majority.... So obviously there are going to be mistakes here and there ...... I requested our nepali citizens.... To focus you anger on doctors who are trying to coverup .... And the money eating management in not providing a favorable environment.

2 years ago I lost my mother because of mediciti unprofessional doctors act. The Doctors in Mediciti think themselves as GOD and they don't even know what they are doing and they fucking don't know how to treat patient. I a nurse in Australia and everytime I express my concerns they used to laugh at me because I am just a nurse. DOCTORS IN MEDICITI ARE USELESS. I am so so proud of you guys making this video. They do not explain patient's family what is happening. They treat patient so inhuman. Your video reminds me of my mother in 2022. My mom was in dialysis as well and everytime she is in dialysis she need to get hospitalized. I wish we can sue the hospital and doctors like we can do it in abroad I would like to sue the whole hospital. DOCTORS IN mediciti are incompetence, rude and shameless. Specially the renal team and respiratory team. RIP 🙏

My mother was cognitive unwell as well and the way they used to talk to my mother is so so rude. Why the hell the doctors in Nepal think that the family are uneducated and do not open discloses the patient situation.. ohhh I forgot to mentioned that nurses in ICU was making tiktok while she was at work. MEDICITI IS ONE OF THE USELESS HOSPITAL IN NEPAL. If you need any help for more details about mediciti hospital, how I suffer with my mom's health in 2022 please contact me. I am happy to provide all the evidence and support I can. That hospital needs to close.

कुनै पनि अस्पताल मा डाक्टर को कमाई औषधि र टेस्ट को कमिशन बाट हुन्छ डाक्टर हरु फीस मारिन्छ भनि रोगी संग कुनै तरिकाबाट पनि बोल्न खोज्दैनन्.सानो कुरा सोध्न पनि डाक्टर को फीस न तिरी सोध्न मिल्दैन.डाक्टर ले औषधि को कमिशन ले गर्दा छानेर मँहगो औषधि नै लेख्छन्.उन्लाई रोगी मरे केही पनि फरक पर्दैन.प्रेस्किप्शन मा लेखे को समय भरी औषधि क्मपनी ले कमिशन दिई नै राख्छ.पहिला देउता भनिने डाक्टर पेशा अब डिग्रीधारी दानव को रुपमा छन्.सब भन्दा ठूलो कुरो.यिनी के कति कहाँ बाट के पढेर आयेका हुन् यो थाहा रोगी संग सम्बंधित लै हुँदैन.

झाँक्री कहाँ तपाईं जस्तो जान्छ होला.मैले भन्न चाहे को डाक्टर ले पैसा को लागि मात्र रोगी संग जानी जानी लापरबाही गर्न हुँदैन.रोगी लाई मर्ने जस्तो बनाउन तिर लाग्न हुँदैन.अब सोच्नुस्.मात्र औषधि बाट कमिशन आउँछ वा पैसा कमाउन सकिन्छ भनेर निको पार्न भन्दा तेई कुरा ब्लझाउन तिर किन लागे को.एक लीटर पानी 24 घन्टा मा पिउँदा हरेक पटक नुन छर्केर खानु पर्ने सोडियम स्तर बढ्छ भन्ने आस ले.यो न बढ्दा कल्पना गर्नुहोस् शारिरिक मानसिक रुप ले के भयो होला? मेरो सोडियम स्तर 6 महिना सम्म पनि बरु घट्यो बढेन.134 बाट 132 भयो.तपाईं को भा भये के गर्नुहुन्थ्यो?थाहा लगाउनु होला सोडियम स्तर कम भये के हुन्छ.

@@madhurisapkota8806 अस्ति भर्खरै ग्रान्डी मा सोडियम स्तर टेस्ट गराउन जाँदा नयाँ केटी रैछ.ब्लड निकाल्न न जानेर पहिला निकालि राखे को लै बोलाई ल्यायो.उस्ले सजिलै निकाल्दियो.त्यो भन्दा बढि डाक्टर लाई यो जानकारी न हुँदो रहेछ कि कुन औषधि ले सोडियम घटाउँदो रैछ.मलै 6 मैना देखि सोडियम स्तर कम गर्ने औषधि न्यूरोलोजिकल डाक्टर ले नै दिई राख्या छ यो एपिलेप्सी वा मिर्गी को औषधि रैछ.जबकि मलै कैले पनि यो थियेन न छ.डाक्टर लाई यो औषधि दिंदा मैले भने को थियें यो त मिर्गी मा दिन्छन्.EEG गरायेर दिने होइनर?अनि डाक्टर को जवाफ भोली कथं मिर्गी भये को खन्ड मा रोक्न को लागि दिये को हो.अब जुन समस्या (रगतमा सोडियम स्तर कम भए को)ले म तेहाँ गयें उसैले सोडियम स्तर कम हुने औषधि दिई राछन्.मेरो सोडियम स्तर 134 पुगे को जति नै कम पानी 24 घन्टा मा एक लीटरपानी नुन छर्केर पिउँदा पनि यो स्तर झनै 132 पुगे को छ.एक लीटर पानी ले अरु शारीरिक के के समस्या बढाउने हो? औषधि आफ्नो मन ले छाड्न पनि सकियेन .जबकि ग्रान्डी को न्युरो डाक्टर ले हचुवा मा यो औषधि बन्द गर्न भने.म फेरी पनि डरायेर त्यो औषधि छाड्न सकिन.भान्जा ले भनेर एक जना न्यूरो सर्जन ले EEG गराउन भने छ.पहिला जानिन यिनी सर्जन हुन् भनि पछि प्रेस्किप्शन मा हेर्दा थाहा पायें.तेई दिन 14110 को यूरिन र ब्लड टेस्ट गराये अब बाँकि टेस्ट 15000 को छ.जबकि मेरो कुरा सुनेर डाक्टरले पहिला नै यो मेरो सब्जेक्ट होइन भन्न पर्थ्यो.पहिला टेस्ट मैं कमिशन खाने दाउ ले टेस्ट गराइ हाल्यो.यसरी रोगी लाई डाक्टर ले भकुन्डो खेलाउँछन्.

Nepal ma estai ho, NMC ma complain garda ni kei hudaina. Lost my aunty 6 years back due to doctors negligency, last ma operation garna lagda sign gareko consent paper dekhayera, not our fault bhancha. My aunty was healthy and had minor stone operation, pachi she had multiple organ damage due to doctors fault. But still doctor was in denial that she was overweight so esto situation, it was not his fault. She was continuously in pain for 2 days, but nurses haru lai matlab chaina, doctor friday saturday ko chutti ma. That how careless are doctors here in Nepal. Sorry to say but if you can commit to a patient you have just operated then you better not choose this profession. For doctors it’s just a patient, but for us they are our family and our world revolves around them.
