Perfect recipe. Hai ,I am from Kerala and nowadays all millets are available here and I learned to make jowar roti.Thank you so much and waiting for more such videos.
Best jawar roti recipe I ever found! Thanks for sharing it with small tips and tricks. Making jawar roti is so challenging but you are very skillful in making it 👍
Very well explained! 👌🏼Thanks so much! Details like when to keep it on simmered flame and high flame! The technique is important and you shared that! Thanks a lot!
Very nice. Your jowar flour is good hence its coming up well. Else normal jowar roti breaks unless you add hot water to it. As jowar doesn't have gluten it doesn't have elasticity and breaks. I make jowar roti but use hot water.
The way she made a perfect shape of rotis with the help of her hands only made me feel ki main tou chakla belan se bhi gol roti nahi bana paati 😆 well done dear 👍🏻
Kya baat hai 👌 Jwar ki roti aur fuli- fuli. Mai toh soch bhi nahi sakti. Ab asan hoga banana shayad barik aate hi vjh hoga but definitely super. Thanks
Soniji, I just love the way u make Jawar roti. Actually I am from Dharwad, Pakka Kannada. Bhakri tindu beladdeevi. But staying outside the country, forgotten how to do perfect Bhakri. So my request to you is show me really slowly how to turn it, round and round. That itself is very important. So let's see how nicely u can teach Me??!!?? 👍 👍
EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT,, EXCEPT MADAME U DIDN'T MENTION HOW MANY CUPS OF ATTA HAVE U USED? ALSO IS IT DONE ON FULL FLAME OF GAS? I LIKE YOUR TECNIQUE OF MAKING A ROTI WITHOUT A ROLLING WOODEN PIN.
Hi sister, some years ago I too was thinking the same and was making Rotis with roller l8ke chapathis. Later one experienced woman said to try small Rotis not bigger as shown in this video. Pour some dry flour on the base, place the dough after kneeding it well. Apply dry flour to your palms . Slowly beat the dough slowly along with the edges and come to the middle. Definitely you will get a nice roti. This is my self experience. After 10 years of my married life now I learned perfect Rotis just 1 week ago. All the best👍. For thisVideo thumbs up👍
Plastic ki beg hoti Hena usko round shape me cut krleneka then unke bich me vo doh rakhke round shape me pres krte rho according to size nahi chupkri n nahi break hoti usse
Its normally ground a little rough, that is the correct way for better digestion,if you use boiling hot water and knead it for a long time,it becomes pliable, then it will not crack, you can roll it with a belan, keep it little thick and small like gujarati phulka size,in beginning till you get practice, remaining procedure is like video.
Didi aap please mujhe bta do esko acche se bnana....Meri kabhi ni bnti h esi jaisi apne bnayi h 2 saal se bna rha hu.... Actually mujhe gluten se allergy h
I tried I it and it was very hard and uncooked in the middle. You are an expert, hats off to you. But it’s not easy for everyone. Do you have a easier recipe for gluten free rotis which are soft?
Hey Soni, I tried this today. Nothing turned out like your rotis. I used exact measurements as you. 1. My dough was very wet. So I had to add half a cup more flour. 2. I used roti press, but the dough stuck everywhere despite using Ghee on both faces of the press. 3. Then I used parchment paper with sprinkled a lot Jawar flour. 3. The rotis never puffed. 4. Final product was a bit brittle and with slight bitter taste. What do I need to do make rotis like yours? Thanks.
That is wonderful. That is a classic talent. :) thank you for sharing this recipie. Do you do this with normal wheat roti too? Please also post normal subjis made at home (not restaurant style) using vegetables like tomato, aloo, cauliflower, cabbage, Lauri, tinder, bhindi, cluster beans, paneer, methi and so on. Looking forward for them. Thank you.again.
