This is a traditional pickle recipe. This pickle also known as Lasan Keri nu Athanu, Aadu Lasan nu Athanu or Mango Garlic Pickle.

Ingredients:
To Marinate Mango
200 Gram Chopped Rajapuri Mango
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
For Achar:
100 Grams Chopped Garlic
50 Gram Finely Chopped Ginger
50 Gram Finely Chopped Fresh Turmeric
100 Gram Salt
100 Gram ReshamPatti Chilly
50 Gram Crushed Fenugreek Seeds
10 Grams Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
10 Grams Asafoetida
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
25 Grams Fenugreek Seeds (Soaked and Dried)
110 ml Groundnut Oil
Note:
1.Soak Dry Fenugreek Seeds in Marinated Mango Water or in Regular Water for 4-5 Hours and Dry it under the fan for 1-2 Hours
2.If you don't find ReshamPatti Chilly Use any Regular Chilly Powder
3.You Can Grate Mango if you don't want to chop it.
4.Use 2 tbsp Castor Oil for Best Result.
