Guys...please wash your leafy vegetables before chopping them and not after...you'll be loosing valuable nutrients if you wash them after

Wash vegetables before chopping them. By washing them after choppping...u loose so many nutrients

Cut karanese pehele hi wash karana chahiye, 10 min namak ke Pani me bhigona chahiye sab mitti niche baith jati hai fir achhese wash karana chahiye, last me cut karana chahiye​@@CookingWithSangita
