I got nothing new in this diet. All doctors suggest exactly stereotyped diet that did not work for me then I analyzed and changed my diet that has only two major meals. 2 smaller snacks. Now getting results. No chapati no rice brought down my weight, reduced knee pain . I added more chicken, boiled vegetables, salad, rajma or eggs. Almost no oil. Less chapati, rice, 30 minutes yoga 40 minutes walk. Medical report all ok.

पूरे दिन में दो बार ही खाना चाहिए न की सुबह नाश्ता करने के 2 घंटे बाद खाना चाहिए और इन दो वक्त के खाने के बीच कमसे कम 7 से 8 घंटे का अंतराल होना चाहिए सुबह 7 से 8 बजे के बीच में नाश्ता हो जाना चाहिए और दुपहर को 4 बजे के बाद।
