Main subah running karta hu aur running ke pahle kuchh bhi istemal nahi karta Lagbhag 15 din ho rhe hai aur mai 5 km 28 se 29 minute me kar rha hu Aur itna time mujhe isliye lag rha hai kyonki mai lagatar keval 6 round hi दौड़ pata hu iske baad हर एक राउंड बाद थकान के कारण 12,15 सेकंड के लिए पैदल चलते चलते फिर दौड़ता hu Mere hisab se 2 ya 3 din ke antar par revital lete rhna chahiye jo mai karunga

Hello Sir...first I would like to thank you for all the videos for UPSI physical 🙏🙏🙏 Sir m apki pre stretching aur post stretching videos follow krke hi running krti thi aur help bhi kafi mili...lekin ek din mere ghutne k side mein mein jhatka a gya tha uneven surface road ki vajah se lekin maine running continue rkhi qki zyada pain nhi tha lekin ye to shi hi nhi hora ab running krte wqt apneap hi vo pair thoda bend ho jata h aur seedhe khre hokr chle bhi nhi jata aur stairs pr chlne m bhi pain hota h... Aur jump bhi nhi hota...Bahut kuch try krliya lekin shi hi nhi ho rha 10 din se zyada ho gye kuch btaiye please🙏🙏🙏
