अगर आपको दूध अच्छे से उबालना है तो एक कप पानी डाल कर फिर उबालें, जब तक पानी उड़ न जाए। पर दूध को जला कर गाढ़ा नही करना चाहिए। इससे स्वास्थ्य की हानि होती है।
