Sir My father transferred 8 lac eupees to my wife account. I requested her if i can buy flat for us. i took some loan and used this 8 lac as downpayment, did buy a flat on my name only. After my father death, my brother is asking for a claim. I am not getting one thing, has he even got right to claim as i have taken money from my wife and bank and not from my father. before my grandfather's death (nana ji), he left a will where its stated that the land will be equally divided between my mother and uncle. But after his death, my uncle stole the will and its been 13 years he still has it. My mother tried to ask for the division of the property but my uncle is not willing to hand over a copy of the will neither he wants to divide the property as per written in the will.
