Truly said, the worst thing in Safari and harrier (both manual) is the reach of clutch. Knees get definitely stuck with lower part of steering.

I am tata safari owner. As a vehicle no issues, but the real problem start when a family of 5 go on even 3 day trip, the luggage issue troubles a lot,especially with the captain seats. I regret going in for captain seats n particularly being a ex xuv 500 owner, I find it very difficult to put two suit cases as the fifth person sitting in third row finds it literally impossible to be at comfort. I suggest people to go in for a bench seat rather than captain seats in case if at all they want to travel with 5 people,forget about the extra 6 th person.

Ravi sir.... infact customers ko ek trend chalana padega... against all brands. Headlights are most essential part of any vehicle aur brands itna paisa le kar bhi itni bekar lights provide karti hai.

I completely agree with her. My experience has been exactly the same as Her’s. Safari is an amazing machine but the customer service is absolutely hopeless. I got my brand new Safari with multiple dents and scratches, with a screw sticking out and was downright dirty-inside and out and the dealership did nothing and made me feel that the rectifications they were doing, were a favour to me. They clearly said that they can’t help it as the vehicle came to them in the same condition.

What a well informed and well spoken lady. Thank you for the review to both. So the final verdict: If you want to stay away from the horrible dealership experience stay away from Tata and Safari 😅

Very honest review by a lady, Mahindra is king of SUV.. nexon is only one who completely rules the segment. When I drove my brother's Scorpio classic, I come to know that it's really a big daddy(so it should fit with n). P.S. very happy with desi brand.. hope to see more from Force

Brand building is not just with coming up with quality product, but also quality service. Both Mahindra and Tata needs to work extensively on the pre and post sales experience. They have come a great way when it comes to their products but its the other areas that is preventing them from building their Brand to the level of Global giants like Toyota, Honda or the German, US and Korean brands.

Not only mens are dieheart fans of cars, womens also are there who loves cars, amd seeing her talking about automobile is so good, mostly I see female drivers drive small hatchbacks as they are much easy to drive. But it's good to see a women like her having a SUV is impressive...

Except FrontWD, safari looks dope🔥and muscular as compared to other SUVs.

Dealership experience hamds down to Hyundai. I have been to Tata/Mahindra, Maruti but Hyundai showroom are like VIP and every customer is true king as soon as you enter.

My Nexon's headlights also not upto the mark.. Tata really need to improve in this aspect and its fit and finish as well.

Perfect analysys of Tata service. They changed three parts in my car steering within a week. And did not gave me invoice or any reciept. Rather service guy took back job card from me stating he needs it and will provide me part replacment invoice over watsapp. Has not bothered to send it.

I have a simple query...Why don't people drive in lanes or switch on the indicators while changing lanes or for that matter...why dont drivers keep a safe distance from the car in front.......It doesn't matter how expensive or futuristic the cars are..if u can't follow these basic rules..it's better to use public transport...

Really after using tata cars for 6 years, i will not recommend any one to take tata cars due to its quality issue and worst service experience. WHAT does 5 stars means when your steering got failed thrice. Mam you also have sharef very true tata experience.

Main to nios me 550km chalata hun apni nios se but mujhe kabhi problem nahi hui, I'm happy with my nios sportz. Thank you Hyundai and it's services but a little bit disappoint with nios build quality.

Tata has to work on their dealership, especially at service. Service area is also not big enough. They have to struggle yo get the Safari in. I had bought Tata Safari in 2011 as like the Tata brand. Was totally disappointed with their service and decided not to buy a Tata vehile again. They may need to change some of their dealerships

These big cars are not practical in today's traffic conditions and parking....especially when u r travelling alone..!!! Hatchbacks,sedans,compact SUV are better.....with less features and more reliablity!!

Sunroof is not to stand and poke your head out while the vehicle is in motion, its highly dangerous. Its for better light and ambience when in scenic locations.

That's the sole reason I didn't buy Harrier even after taking 5 test drives as the customer experience through showroom was very bad, on the other hand experience of buying Tucson was just amazing.

as per some leaks new Tata harrier and safari are coming with a new 2.2 litre dicor diesel along with petrol engine and will tested soon in gncap as the Fiat cryotec is a left wheel drive engine so it will face problems in safety ratings so the new engine would be a right wheel drive focused engine with more power and torque. let's see what happens

Ravi ji, I don't know how you are getting so less mileage. I'm driving here in Delhi traffic at around 11+ kmpl whereas on Yamuna Expressway, I got 19+ kmpl while cruising around 85kmph... I own Z8L Diesel MT 4x4...
