Dear Chef Bhupi, Your recipes are one of the most detailed and well explained recipes on all of RU-vid and I can safely say any other TV show with big productions. Those looking to get the real 'Thele wala style' will not find such detail anywhere else [other than actually visiting a thela ;) ]. Now we can make these street style chow-mien at home with the safety and assurance of cooking at home with quality ingredients. Especially now when it is not that safe to go out and eat these things... I really appreciate that you say not to use msg and food colouring and other such additives, even though they may bring so called 'authentic' taste, but it is not worth is because health is compromised. I've made this twice for guests since kast year and came out really tasty. We are in Canada and dont find good chowmein here. Its always watery and tasteless so I make it at home like this and everyone finished it quickly and said they haven't tasted this outside India ever.
