✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 5 Cup
* Maize Flour(मक्के का आटा) - 1+1/2 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Curshed Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Crushed Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1 Spoon
* Roasted Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 1/4 Cup
* Curshed Coriander/Fannel Powder (कुटा हुआ धनिया/सोफ पाउडर) - 2 Spoon
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Curd(दही) - 1 Cup
* Boiled & mashed Potato(उबला आलू) - 3
* Turmeric powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 2 Pinch
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Ghee(घी) - As Required
For Mawa Filling
* Mawa(मावा) - 1/2 Cup
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 2 Spoon
* Cashew(काजू) - 1 Spoon
* Raisins(किशमिश) - 1 Spoon
* Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
✍🏻RECIPE:
For dough,take a bowl,put some Wheat Flour, Maize Flour, Salt, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Carom Seeds, Roasted Fenugreek Leaves, Fennel Seeds & Coriander Seeds, Coriander leaves, Curd, Boiled & mashed Potato, Baking Powder, Turmeric powder in it.Mix them all, add Water gradually & bind the dough.Cover the dough & keep it aside for 10 mins.
For Mawa Filling, in a Bowl Put Mawa, Sugar Powder, Cashew, Raisins, and Coriander Leaves Mix it well.
Then make some dough balls, spread the dough balls with palm & Greash Some Ghee in inner side Sprinkle some Flour & join them properly. in the same way make some dough balls,spread the dough balls with palm & Greash Some Ghee in inner side & fill the fillings & join them properly.Then put the Baati in the pre-heate Kadhai bake them for 15 mins on slow flame.After 15 mins,turn the Baati on the other side,apply some Ghee on them & bake them for 15 mins more.
Pre-heat the OTG for 10 mins,keep the Stuffed Baati on the greased Tray & bake them at 220 degree for 10 mins.After 10 mins,turn the Baati on the other side & bake them for 10 mins more. Serve the Delicious Stuffed Baati by dipping them in Ghee.
