I believe in chakra Asans. I have done it just twice this week and i am feeling better than before. I feel enormous strength, will power, and lots of confidence, my productivity at my work place has also increased further. Recently i gave interview and i was very articulate in all the answers and never felt nervous. I do this for an hour and i do it after doing meditation for about 15 minutes.
