Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation is not needed. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Do the above practice daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

कुंडली मे चंद्रमा को strong बनाइये आप का मन strong रहेगा... फिर depression, अचानक घबराहट, मन अशांत कभी नही होगा.... Mostly depression के मरीजों की कुंडली मे चंद्रमा कमजोर या पीडित होता है.

Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation is not needed. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Do the above practice daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

People always tell what to do but nobody can tell how to do or implement all these things in your life except a proper counselling with the help of a counselor (psychologist) and sometimes need to take medicines to control mood swings from a psychiatrist 🙏

बिल्कुल सही बात है सब, में भी negetive sochti hu,bahut, सुसाइड करने का रोज ख्याल आता है, भूख नही लगती,खाना खिलता ही नही है बिल्कुल भी, फिर भी खाना पड़ता है थोड़ा बहुत ताकि घरवाले को दिखाने के लिए, अंदर से थका हुआ और कमजोर महसूस करती हु, और कही भी चैन नहीं मिलता, न पढ़ाई में,ना फ्रेंड्स में,ना घर के लोगो में, किसी में भी नही, लेकिन अच्छा लगा वीडियो

Vishwanath, Reduce negative thoughts. Its quite simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation is not needed. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Do the above practice daily to have a good life. Best wishes and prayers. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Lock down ki vajh mera job chla gya tha ghre meri puri family thi mera chota bacha bhi 1sal ka,job chla gya kaise ghar chalau kaise kya hoga,uski vjh se muze tention aa raha tha,job dhundha job bhi nahi mil raha tha uski vajah se our depression me chla gya😔jb mere dost ko pata chla meri condition kya hai mai depression me chla gya tha to usne mere liye Amazon se branacon syrup and branacon capsule mngvaya tha to maine 6month liya ab mai bilkul thik hu,our ab muze achha job bhi mila meri ghr ki condition ab thik hai, branacon syrup and branacon capsule sahi hai depression ki bimari ko thik krne ke liye 👍 aayurvedik hai our koi side effects nhi hai 💯-

कुछ समय से इस तरह का लक्षण मै महसूस कर रहा हूं मेरी उम्र 29 वर्ष है और बेरोजगार हूं भविष्य में मेरी लाइफ कैसी होगी इस तरह की चिंता मुझे सताती है जिस वजह से घबराहट भी फील होती रहती है।।
