इस वीडियो में योगिक सूक्ष्म व्यायाम को सही तरीके से करना सीखे गया है
ये बच्चे , बुज़ुर्ग और युवा तीनों आराम से कर सकते हैं। शरीर और जोड़ों में होने वाले दर्द से छुटकारा पाने के लिए ये व्यायाम बहुत ही जरुरी हैं।
योगिक सुक्ष्म व्यायाम की शुरुआत की थी धीरेन्द्र ब्रह्मचारी जिनका असली नाम तहत धीरेन्द्र चौधरी है , उन्होंने की थी । इन्होने 48 योगिक एक्सरसाइजेज का एक सीक्वेंस बनाया था जो सर से लेकर पैरों तक आपको सक्रिय देता है
धीरेन्द्र भ्रह्माचारी ने सोवियत संघ की सेना को योग सिखाया था
1970 के अंत में योगाभ्यास करके एक साप्ताहिक प्रोग्राम भी आता था दूरदर्शन पर जिसमे ये सबको योग सिखाते थे
Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga जो दिल्ली में है पहले इन्ही का सेंटर हुआ करता था जिसका नाम था विश्वायतन योगाश्रम

नमस्कार माम् बहुत दिनों से योगा कर रहा हु ।बिना किसी मार्गदर्शन के तो योगा के बाद अच्छा नही लगता था शायद इसलिए कि में जहि तरीके से नही कर रहा हूँगा।आपके इस vedio से शुरू किया बहुत अच्छा लग रहा है । मुझसे तितली आसान नही हो पाता है कैसे शुरू करू। ठीक से बेठने में भी तकलीफ होती है। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें। धन्यवाद

समीरन बैनर्जी- सभी जोड़ों मे दर्द नहीं । दाहिने हाथ की कलाई में अधिक और उसी कन्धे में थोड़ा दर्द लेकिन कभी कभी बाईं कलाई में भी हल्का दर्द । ये सभी सुवह सोकर उठने के बाद अधिक दर्द रहता है फिर मूवमेंट से थोड़ा कम हो जाता लेकिन बराबर रहता है । 8-10 धंटे कम्प्यूटर पर काम । यूरिक एसिड थोड़ा बढ़ा हुआ है, वजन कुछ ज्यादा, थोड़ा आलसी । क्या करें ?

संध्या जी अगर आप आसन भी कर रही है तो वो प्राणायाम से पहले करना होगा नहीं तो खाली प्राणायाम भी कर सकते है , कोई परेशनी नहीं है :)

I treat n relate it to Surya Nameskaar . Yogic Suksham veyayaam invented by Swami Dhirendra Brahamchari around 1970 is improved or latest or pore powerful version of Surya Nameskaar . It gives required exercise to more parts of the body n more rigidly in compare to Surya Nameskaar . Surya Nameskaar was invented 1000 years ago n in those days our life style was more hard or labourious but in 1970 it was less n less laborious ,vso Swami Ji thought about it n invented more hard set of exercises called yogic Suksham veyayaam . Nice to see a video on this topic . People should do it for better health in old age .

Madam ji mai karib 1500 kapal bhati , 125 anulom - vilom & 150 + agni sar ( 4 bar me ) krta hun . koi problem to nhi hai . krib 1 . 30 ka samay lgta hai . plz give reply . thank u .

Ma'am, sleep disk, scitica, cervical spondylitis, naso me pain, pairo ka bilkul sunn ho jana soldier pain aur pcod in sabhi bimariyo ka ek sath hone par kaun se yoga pranayam kriyae kare jishse ye problems humesha ke liye thik ho jae ush pr ek video bnaiye chn long video bnaiye but plz bnaiye.

Bahut sunder. Yog aasan ke sath jo atirikt jaankari deti hai wo bahut achcha lagata hai. Sath hi har aasan ke sath ye bhi bataye ki wo aasan slip disk wale kar sakte hai ya nahi to air bhi jiyada madadgar hoga.
