रनिंग करने से पहले 30 से 40 मिनट वार्मअप करना बहुत जरूरी है
रनिंग के बाद एक्सरसाइज करने से हमारे थकान दूर होते हैं और हम अपने आप को energetic महसुस करते हैं।

अभी कुछ दिन धीरे-धीरे रनिंग करें इसके बाद आराम आराम से स्पीड में दौड़ने का अभ्यास बनाइए और फल दूध अंडा सब का सेवन करें और रनिंग रोज सुबह मैं करें कुछ दिन तक अगर यह रूल फॉलो कर लेंगे तब आप बेस्ट दौड़ेंगे
