Mera case me bhi Mera wakil same Aisa hi kar ke court me case lamba tan raha hai jaise 6 sal ke baad 2nd party ko court me date attend karne ke liye notice bhejwana March2023 ko spot enquiry ke aadesh ko jun2024tak sahi spot enquiry na karwan March2023 ko 2nd party ka diya written petition ko apne muwakil ko dena to dur dikhana bhi nahi chahna ye kya savit karta hai March2024 ko case ka nakkal nikalne ke liye bola pahle Holi baad milega uske baad LS election ke baad milega bole kar sub khatam ho jane ke baad bhi Jun2024tak nakkal na nikalna ye sub kya case ko lamba tanne ki kosis nahi hai

Vakilo ko hak hai case badane ka.unko hak hai case lagane ka.jab itana nahi jante to am janata ko vakilo ko kisne ka hak nahi.vaise manhani ka case vakil ap comment karnewalo par bhi laga sakte hai.ragistry hai vakil ki Tarik par Tarik badayega judge shab hai jo date dega bahas karte hai vakil bas isse jyada koi adhikar nahi n list karne ka n badane ka

Adjurnments, Adjurnments. This must be stopped. The Adjurnments are not matter of right. The maian cause of pendency of causes in the Courts of law. The dates should be on payments of costs.

Sir se bahut सिखने को मिलता है भले ही मैं maths background ka hu par देखने में सिखने को मिलता हैं बेचारे जूनियर्स को भी झूठ सिखाते है स्टार्टिंग से तो ये बाद में भी यही करते है इनकी क्या गलती है ये बहुत बडिया कर दिया इनको fine लगाना ही पड़ेगा

Upto certain extent advocates are responsible for pendency in the courts. They keep on seeking adjournment on one pretext or other. The action taken by the court in this case is a welcome step to curb this practice.

These lawyers are lousy liars. The opposing lawyers seek adjournments alternatively while running up their tab with hapless clients. Juniors are essentially slave labour. Corporate clients love adjournments to break the will and spirit of unions.I am glad that the Honorable Judge did not mix any words.

Mera wakil Lal Babu Prasad bhi same Aisa hi kar rahe hai Hum Durgapur se date attend karne Patna City SDM court ke liye jate hai waha pahuch ke baad phone karke pahuchne ka information kar dete hai jub hum court me pahuchte hai to malum padta hai wakil sahab Patna ke baahar gaye hai aisa o pure sal me 2-4baar karke case ko more day more money ke sidhyant par case lad rahe hai

Public could plead their case if according to them advocates are gold digger, irresponsible and always seek time.other party also seek time to file reply and than rejoinder than argument .it takes time not any exparty case could be decided .if public is not aware of proceeding should not comment .second thing is that registry is responsible for listing if cases after 10 or 5years cases are not listed advocates filed urgent hearing in many cases but in vain .Honourable court permits date.advocates not having protection act or other facilities .not pension only struggle .even after that such kinds of comments.
