Fantastic guruji.. Mai to wrong karti hu.. Pehle head aasan per phir diwar ke saat dono legs uper.. One by one leg straight bhi ho jata h, but dono saat nahi hote.. I will definitely try this method.. Very thanks for sharing useful video.. Regards
