पहले मुझे इन नाड़ियों पर बिलकुल भरोसा नहीं था लेकिन जबसे मैने ये प्राणायाम किया केवल कुछ ही मिनटों में लाभ नजर आ गया अब मैं इसे रोज करूगा सर्दियों में ।

इससे चमत्कार सा महसूस मैंने भी किया हैँ. डिप्रेशन और कार्य करने की शक्ति बढ़ जाती हैँ. नुकसान ये हैँ की ज्यादा करने से गर्मी शरीर मे ज्यादा आ सकती हैँ.

Mam Namaste! Kafi achi tarah se explain kia aapne. Mera ek sawal h- Pranayam k sequence me kounsa pehle ya kounsa bad me karna chaiye? Kya ye sequence thik h: 1. Bhastrika 2. Kapalbhati 3. Bahaya 4. Surya bhedi 5. Anulom vilom 6. Brahmri Kripya sequence k bare me batae Mam.

Hello Maam...I've a question.. mai pahle running karta hun phir pushups karta hun...phir butterfly pose karta hun..uske baad bridge pose karta hun...aur phir anulom vilom k baad brahmri karta hun..mera question ye hai kya anulom vilom ki jagah suryabhedi anulom vilom kar sakta hun ya mera sequence sahi hai...agar mai sardiyon ki baat karun to ? Hi Avantika, whether its clinically proved or not, disorders are with situations effect our ability time to time... so practice pranayam anulom vilom, bhramari, or simple deep breathing will also work. Everytime when you practice feel you are relaxed

Mam sinus se mujhe bht prob rhti h. Cough bnta rhta h toh iski wjh se. Dry mouth saliva jyda bnne ki prob. Hoti hai. Bhuk bhi nhi lgti thik se. And kuch bhi khau b piyu toh cough. Hota h

Mam अगर नाक से पानी बहुत बहता हो और 12 माह जुकाम रहता हो और साथ में हाई bp भी हो तो क्या करें।

हा करे, टावल अपने साथ रखे नाक को अच्छे से साफ करने के बाद 5min अभ्यास करे। दिन मै 2 बार 5 min का अभ्यास करे। 12 माह जुकाम काफी गंभीर समस्या है डाक्टर से परामर्श भी करे । गलारा करे, गुनगुना पानी ही पीये। High B P अपने तनाव को कम करे जरूरत से ज्यादा ना सोचे, अपने विचार को स्वस्थ करे।

Body ka healthy hona jyada jaruri hai, agar aap patle hai aur swastha hai toh sab thik hai, sabka sharir thoda alag hota hai.... apke sharir mai stamina hai, flexibility hai strength hai koi bimari nahi... bas aur kya chahiye

यह तो आप नाड़ी शोधन प्राणायाम बता रही है सूर्यभेदी प्राणायाम कुंभक के साथ होता है दाएं से लेना है कुछ समय होल्ड करके और बाएं से छोड़ना है फिर दाएं से लेना है और बाएं से छोड़ना है
