Guys anything with acidic nature should not be kept for long in the mouth as it may harm the enamel of the teeth, Dr. Vimal ji should have told wheather it might or might not harm the enamel if used with brush.

Pl dilute with water and take with straw otherwise it will harm your tooth enamel. It is acetone acid.

Sir along with all 4 items honey is not favourable for diabetic patients kindly share recommended quantity for diabetes if you don't recommend then kindly tell weather it can be avoided? Lastly after your recommendation I am using I don't know what it is going to do but definitely it has increased my excercise tolerance.
