Ingredients:
Hilsa Fish
Turmeric Powder: 02 tbsp
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Black Cumin: 1/2 tbsp
Green Chili: 02-03 pcs
Wheat Flour: 1/2 tbsp
Mustard Oil, Salt, Hot Water
Process:
Marinate the Hilsa fish with turmeric powder, salt and mustard oil. keep it aside for 15-20 mins for marination. Smear sliced eggplant pieces with turmeric powder and salt. Heat oil and fry the marinated fish for 02 mins on medium flame. Keep the fried fish aside. In the same oil, add black cumin. Once, cumin releases it's aroma add eggplants and fry them for 02-03 mins on medium flame. Add hot water. Once the curry starts to boil, add fried Hilsa fish. Add green chili. mix water with wheat flour and pour it into the curry. cook & stir gently. Cover it and switch off the oven. Serve it hot with rice.
