It will work.My home has too many exhaust system installed and double layer of insulation in the walls also stucco used for better strength and insulation.Even new homes in California installed with double AC centralized system with big duckets but you have created one extra idea flow of air.

great work. good to see your innovation. Have you thought about condensation in those pipes ? as hot air meets the colder pipe, water will condensate and can can create problems as mold will grow. Maybe drilling some drainage holes in those pipes ?
